Amazon Operations Specialist
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for editing and publishing the Amazon product details page, maintaining and optimizing the listing page, ensuring account security, maintaining the store's favorable rate and good credit;
2. Handle pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale customer service;
3. Advertising promotion, regular statistics on sales data, inventory data, etc., timely adjustment of sales strategies to maintain a good inventory turnover rate and safety of inventory volume;
4. Can edit in English and refine the copy of products that are readable and conform to European and American behaviors, and have strong communication skills.
5. Process and respond to customer messages and emails in a timely manner, and collect and analyze market conditions and competitors' conditions
Qualifications
1. College degree or above, more than 2 years working experience on Amazon platform, excellent English reading and writing ability;
2. Understand Amazon policies and regulations, and be familiar with the operating methods and skills on the Amazon platform;
3. Have strong data analysis ability, analyze market changes, competitor analysis, store data analysis, etc.;
